Apple Store in Puerto Rico

An Apple Store in Puerto Rico, something we've been waiting/fighting for. Apple barely considers Puerto Rico a market, although there are a lot of Mac users in Puerto Rico, especially in the universities. Considering the large amount of people that live/shop here, and the tourists who also shop here, specially those from the Virgin Islands who visit Puerto Rico to basically just... shop, you'd think Apple would have considered opening an Apple Store in Puerto Rico. Apple basically sells iPods, iPhones, and Macs here in Puerto Rico, but it's basically impossible to get them, especially the Macs, cuz the iPhones and iPods are everywhere. This is why we need an Apple Store, or at least for Apple Inc. to start shipping products from the Apple Online Store, which we are able to use a billing address from PR, not ship. We basically use the same keyboards, and language setups anyone in the USA uses, considering we are also part of the United States and we fight for our country like anyone else from Texas would or New York, and maybe even California. Why does Apple ignore Puerto Rico? Why is Apple avoiding anything to do with us? Are they racist? Do they hate Puerto Rico? Apple used to be extremely involved in Schools, and Puerto Rico played a huge part in that plan. There are still schools that mostly use Apple Computers in their science labs, and the Department of Education still has some use for Apple Computers, but Apple stop considering us as a market at some point. In the University of Puerto Rico, the English labs are filled with Macs, and the students, at least 1 of every 3 owns a MacBook, considering they are able to use both Mac OS X and Windows OS, and that's basically something no other computer can do. Windows computers only run windows and maybe some Linux Flavors but can only run one of them at a time. MacBooks are a dream come true for students who design apps and programs for both Macs and Windows, but Microsoft seems to be more involved/interested in our University (one of the best in the country) than Apple does, and yet... around 1 of every 3 computers is a Mac. It may not seem like that big a number, but when you think about it... if 2 out of every 3 are PC's, then there's 1 out of every 10 is a Sony Vaio, 1 of every 10 is an HP, and 1 of every 40 is an "Other", then Apple has a big chunk of the market. Apple is very big in these universities of Puerto Rico, especially because they're green. Our campuses are turning more and more green, and this is something Apple could promote since their MacBook Pro's are very green and extremely recyclable comparing them to let's say a Sony Vaio, which, by the way, still uses MERCURY in their screens. Besides universities though, there's also high schools and middles schools full of students who want/need computers, families that need a computer that they can all use! Desktops and Laptops the same! There's a huge market here for Macs, and Apple Stores are nowhere to be seen. If there was at least 1 (one) Apple Store rather than PC resellers I'm sure Apple would be a success. In fact, if they corner the school market again, they could own the computer market in Puerto Rico. Apple Stores are a must in Puerto Rico, and it's been said they could be opening in a new Mall/Casino/Hotel that is going to open in Puerto Rico... let's just hope that's true! :)
